Coverage & Duration
Motorise warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
Warranty Remedies
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Motorise will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product defect using new or refurbished parts
- Exchange the product with a new product
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, fire, or external causes
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@motorise.eu within 14 days of discovering the defect. Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt along with the written and signed warranty copy (included in the initial packaging) is required.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorise is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
